For Jennifer or anybody, do you have any data regarding the most common medical cases that result in lawsuit/board complaint? (e.g., Not giving antibiotic and pt gets worse; missing a zebra unlikely cardiac issue or pulm embolus)

01:04:32
If your recommendation is to go to urgent care or ER for evaluation, and patients refuse-what is best way to document this and ensure follow up?

01:08:01
What modifiers are you using for billing your telehealth visits. We are still not having great luck reimbursement

01:09:05
for Ryan, how does scheduling integrate with your emr? how do staff help, support patients? we are sucking up provide time on tech issues...

01:15:30
For Ryan, what feedbacks if you gathered in regards patient preferences for virtual vs in-person visits? Do you see a pattern where Generations X/Y/Z are more likely to favor virtual and therefore offer/advertise/target them more?

01:18:41
Providence made an instructional video for patients. It's an animation that runs about 6 minutes, covering everything from equipment, lighting, kids/pets, how to prepare for the visit, etc. Go to the following URL, scroll down to about the 3rd row, and a link is on the right side of the page: https://www.instituteforhumancaring.org/

01:19:43
Jennifer, great tip that lawyers will have access to any recorded audio/video and use it against you so best to avoid it if possible.

01:21:59
Question for any: how often are you bringing family members in different locations into virtual encounters? Practicing palliative care, we do a lot of family meetings on Zoom, which has worked really well with all the visitation restrictions in hospitals and nursing homes.

01:22:59
Joined late, sorry if already discussed: do we know yet what is the status of the legislation requiring payment parity for Telehealth, which was due to expire yesterday? Telephone encounters? If staff can answer, would be great.

01:25:54
For any: Any thoughts about the future of telemedicine? especially post Covid?
